Corporate cross-platform apps network
The multi & cross platform IT architectures
Mobile & web apps on various devices that create a connection to company identity.
After different experiences of development at most important IT companies in Italy (projects at IBM, FinMeccanica, Enel Energy Management, INPDAP, Poste Italiane), I decided to pay attention to needs of business of the small and middle companies.
My idea is to develop useful and intuitive applications that let companies to connect their activities through various management system apps on different devices and architectures.
Precisely from their customizable IPhone & BlackBerry apps to their e-commerce & document web management systems until their Facebook or social network application.
In this way it's possible to create a specific company identity based on a corporate IT cross-platform-apps devices network
So my mission is working on solutions that help small and middle companies to enhance their business through a synchronization & integration of all possible today IT architectures
For now I started with e-commerce and IPhone/BlackBerry solutions but those apps are only a side of an extended, flexible and multiform corporate management system
Research & Multimedia
The multimedia like life-style
Research at the chair of Sociology of mass-media communication, Professor Alberto Abruzzese.
This research focuses on the topic of multimedia
in order to explain evolution of its language in online world.
Many people use different labels and interpretations about the concept of multimedia.
This research begins by considering multi-medial language
like a process of assimilation of salient
and distinctive characteristics of precedent media
(writing, printing, photography, TV, movie, illustration)
rather than only a point of convergence
and integration of its.
So in this prespective the hypertextuality, for example, bring us to
define multidimensional property
of multi-media in a way that we have to talk about
this language not longer in terms of a format (text-form, image, video taken together separately)
but as like as a scene or stage where
precedent media live.
First chapter of this research lays the historical and methodological course that led paradigm of visual formalism of 70's, begun with human-computer interaction by command lines, to the approach of visual interaction based on direct manipulability of objects on screen, first graphs (diagrammatic relations between figures-concepts), then icons (representations of the same concepts).
In this context the usability is intended like reduction of complexity in human-machine interaction; an example is the multi-compression of audio-video standards.
From the approach of iconographic representations based on direct manipulability of objects this research focuses on other topic : the strategic design.
It is used in mature digital languages and allows immersion and –paraphrasing A.Abruzzese – the digital metropolization, defined such as interactive involvement to the aesthetics of consumption in forms, ways and times reduced to the the essentials (essentialism).
